Zelle says MnDOT recently opened a new office called the Center for Community Connection that is developing in some cases, conservancies to help make the highways more beautiful. Zelle also discusses the rapid change in emerging transportation technologies and the role the newly formed Governor’s Council on Automation and Connected Vehicles is playing to get stakeholders to work together.
