The BATIC Institute: An AASHTO Center for Excellence was established in October 2015 in partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration to help equip state DOTs, local agencies, and lawmakers with the resources and tools they need as they plan, fund, and finance infrastructure projects.
