In this AASHTO CloseUp video, we introduce you to the AASHTO’s in-house Meetings and Member Services Department, as it welcomes hundreds of guests to Franklin, Tennessee, site of the 2018 AASHTO Spring Meeting. State Department of Transportation Officials have traveled to Franklin, to share and receive information on a wide range of topics and to network with their colleagues.
