Bill Shuster, (R-PA) Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, addressed his congressional leadership priorities for 2018 during remarks at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials annual Washington Briefing. A key topic of discussion at the conference is how to best make the critical investments needed to support surface transportation. A top priority for AASHTO and its members is to work with the Trump Administration and Congress to fix the Highway Trust Fund.
