Introducing TPM Now!, a new series of web videos created to share transportation performance management (TPM) insights and experiences. This first episode in the series features Tim Henkel, Assistant Commissioner, Modal Planning and Program Management, at the Minnesota DOT (MnDOT). Tim reflects on MnDOT’s progress in developing a strong TPM program and the importance of the agency’s TPM culture.
