In this new On Time with Tymon, video AASHTO Executive Director Jim Tymon explains the added significance of this year’s AASHTO Washington Briefing. Congress will draft legislation to replace the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act–set to expire this year. In this video, Tymon encourages state DOT officials to attend the Washington Briefing and participate in panel discussions and listen to top political and administration leaders to learn how the next transportation bill is being shaped. Tymon says it’s critical that state DOT leaders be involved in the process.
